1) Welcome to our smoke free environment. If you care to smoke, please utilize designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the motel will result in a cleaning surcharge up to $300.00.
2) If anything in the room is unaccounted for, then we may charge the replacement cost to your account.
3) Any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets may be charged to your account.
4) Strictly no visitors or excessive noise after 9pm. Any guests violating this policy may be asked to leave.
General Information Regarding Your Room:
1. The heater is located on the wall / Inside of the washroom – behind the door.
2. Please let us know of any improvements that we can make so we can serve you better next time.
3. If you visit second time, then we will give you discount.
4. Please put the housekeeping sign outside when you need
5. We will keep lost and found items up to 2 weeks. Any cost of shipping will be charged to your account.

Additional Services:
1. For local phone calls, please inquiry at the office.
2. Laundry service: $10.00 per load including washer and dryer.
3. If you need additional blankets, towels or amenities please let us know.

Check out time is 11 am. If you need to stay longer, please let us know in advance.
